Lynn Valley Care Centre has experienced Registered Nurses, Licenced Practical Nurses and Registered Care Aides who are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team works together to ensure that you get the best care possible.

Can I Have My Own Television and Phone in My Room?2018-01-08T18:53:15+00:00

All rooms are wired for both cable television and phone lines. Let us know if you would like to arrange for these services.

Publicly funded beds
Vancouver Coastal Health manages this wait list so you will need to contact your Case Manager.

Private Pay beds
Lynn Valley Care Centre manages this wait list. Contact us for up-to-date information.

What Funding Options Are There?2023-01-27T18:40:32+00:00

Publicly subsidized Long Term Residential Care.
Monthly charges are set by the Ministry of Health and are approximately 80% of your after-tax income, subject to a maximum rate. For more information consult the Ministry of Health website.

Extra charges include telephone line, cable, Wi-Fi, and guest meals.
Professional services are available on a fee for service basis: physiotherapist, foot care nurse, dentist, dental hygienist, hairdresser and manicurist.

Private Pay Residential Care
The cost of care and hospitality services at Lynn Valley Care Centre is an all-inclusive rate. Please contact us for the daily rate.

Extra charges include telephone line, cable, Wi-Fi, and guest meals.

If you find it difficult to continue living at home, for whatever reason, it may be time to look at a residential care facility that will help you with your health needs.

The decision to move into residential care is a very difficult one and should be made after careful review of your situation. You should look at all the options available to you.

We offer 24-nursing care in a supportive environment for those who have complex health needs. If you’re unsure nursing care is right for you, please contact us.

How Do I Apply To Lynn Valley Care Center?2020-02-20T00:30:07+00:00

Publicly Funded
If you have not already been assessed for Residential Care please call Vancouver Coastal Health referrals at 604 983 6740. If you have already been assessed, call your Case Manager to discuss this option.

Private Pay
Please contact us for more information and/or a tour. If you are interested and you think Lynn Valley Care Centre is right for you, we will provide you with an application form.
