ADMINISTRATION
Renovation
Beginning in July, our reception area will undergoing a renovation and upgrade! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to keep the noise and mess to a minimum. Other upgrades are planned for the future within the facility, we will keep you updated.
Suggestion Boxes
Some of you may have noticed our new suggestion boxes located near the elevators. We hope both residents and family & friends will use them to let us know their thoughts and ideas.
We welcome all kinds of suggestions and comments.
NURSING DEPARTMENT
Previously, families were notified of upcoming care conferences by letter. In order to assist families in attending, this year, we have implemented the process of calling families a week in advance to confirm their attendance to the care conference. If family members are unable to attend in person, we offer the option of them contributing to the care conference via phone. We will ask for the best telephone number to call and a member of the care team will then telephone at the designated time. This process will provide families the opportunity to engage with the interdisciplinary team and lead the care of the resident.
