Long Term Residential Care

We specialize in long-term residential care. If you or a loved one has complex physical or emotional needs, we can help.

We believe each day is an opportunity to enjoy life and a sense of purpose. From the moment they arrive, we provide our residents – and their families – with comfort, care, and safety.

Senior Health Assistance

Our staff is trained to care for residents with complex health issues, including memory care (dementia & Azheimer’s), as well as palliative and end-of-life care. We have Registered Nurses as well as Licensed Practical Nurses to ensure our residents receive professional long-term care. Our on-site Dietitian and specially trained chef work together to create custom-meal plans that suit our residents’ dietary needs and tastes.

At Lynn Valley Care Centre, we encourage residents to be as independent as possible to allow for the best quality of life. Many of our activity programs help our residents maintain and improve their abilities. From specialized fitness programming to games get-togethers and special-interest clubs, day-to-day living at Lynn Valley is social, inclusive, and fun.

Resident Activities

Residents also enjoy many festive activities such as BBQs, birthday parties, therapeutic music programs, concerts, and belly dancing. With lounges, inviting outdoor patio areas, green leafy gardens, and all meals prepared on-site, everything is designed for the comfort of our residents.

As North Vancouver’s premier senior care home, we looking forward to welcoming your family into ours. For more information on our services and facilities, feel free to contact us at any time.
