Short-term respite care is if you need temporary care after a hospital visit, a fall, or your usual caregiver is unavailable. Caring for an elderly senior can be time consuming and overwhelming. Respite care provides a break for the family or usual caregiver. A break can be beneficial to both the senior and caregiver.
For seniors who need a little extra help in the short-term, Lynn Valley can be the perfect solution. During your stay, you enjoy the same amenities and care that long-term residents have. This includes 24-hour supervision, access to highly-trained staff and our usual programs. You don’t need to worry about anything. Our caregivers are professionally trained to take care of all our residents health, dietary needs and rehabilitation. We can help with any daily activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and laundry.
During your stay, we are here to support you in whatever way possible. We offer a fun, safe environment while our professional staff provide individualized support to all our residents.
